Do you only work with clinics inside the US?
No. We have active mobile IV coverage in 17 countries and 26 US states. International territories follow the same exclusivity model as domestic ones.
My city is not on the map. Can you still help?
For clinic growth programs, yes. We can build SEO and Map Pack programs for any market with English-speaking patient demand. For mobile IV operator lead flow, we need to stand up marketing assets specific to the metro, which adds 30 to 45 days of activation.
How do territories handle overlap between neighboring cities?
Routing is based on proximity between the inquirer’s stated location and the operator’s stated service radius. Adjacent metros can share an operator if their service areas overlap. Otherwise each metro is treated as a distinct territory.
Can I request a specific city be added?
Yes. Use the inquiry form to submit the metro. We evaluate based on search demand, competition, and operator readiness. If demand exists and an operator is ready, we typically activate within 45 days.
