Does JBL Connect help with HIPAA compliance? +
JBL Connect ships with a HIPAA-aware configuration we enable for IV clients. Lead forms, SMS reminders, automated follow-up, and reporting can touch patient data within that configuration. Mobile IV operator lead flow is priced separately as setup plus per-inquiry. Specific numbers are confirmed after a Discovery Call so we are pricing against your actual market and goals.
Is there a long-term contract?
Programs are month-to-month after a 90-day onboarding period. The 90 days exists because local SEO, Google Map Pack work, citation building, and reputation foundations all need that runway before we can fairly judge whether the program is delivering.
When will I see results?
Paid ads can drive inquiries within 7 to 14 days. Local SEO and Map Pack rankings typically show movement at 60 to 90 days, with measurable booking lift by month 4 to 6. Mobile IV lead routing starts inside 30 days of territory activation.
Do you charge per lead or per booking?
Clinic growth programs are flat monthly. Mobile IV operator lead flow is hybrid: a one-time territory setup fee plus per-routed-inquiry pricing with monthly volume caps that protect territory exclusivity on both sides.
What is included in a clinic growth program?
Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, Map Pack work, content marketing for hydration topics, reputation management, paid ads management, and quarterly strategy reviews. Optional add-ons include website builds, custom landing pages, and paid social.
Can I cancel anytime after the 90-day onboarding?
Yes. After the initial 90-day window we move to month-to-month with 30 days notice. We do not lock clinics into annual contracts because programs that need long-term lock-ins are usually the ones not producing results.
